Significant Neutral: Freckles, shake. (11.17.5, 11.18)
5:54 to the end and all of this.
Short Summary:
Coming up to an optimistic Donut and an annoyed Tucker. They've spent hours setting up things for a warzone. Wash is admiring all the defenses and they are pretty good, all things considered. Also he's apparently changed back to black.
At some point, he's shot Donut. :X Just casually mentioned, thanks Caboose.
Mines, Freckles, and tank, they are prepared for this attack.
Which is when Sarge starts screaming and Felix is confused because Locus wouldn't attack like this, and nope, IT'S DOS.0 THE OTHER SPANISH SPEAKING ROBOT IN A DEATH MACHINE. Freckles fights Dos.0. And then Locus and the Federal Army of Chorus show up and back up hasn't.
Wash takes the first shot because it's already hell in a handbasket and hey, he took out a guy.
So begin a lot of fighting. Also there's teleportation grenades Wash just found out about. But they need to get rid of Dos.0 to free up Freckles and Donut runs off with a plan. Using a teleporation grenade to send Dos.0 into the mine field. He has an incredibly arm.
'Say hello to Robot Satan, you teriyaki, pencil circus' is still the best insult, though it's in Spanish.
They lose the tank, Donut tossing grenades, Felix doesn't know where back up is, and Simmons is having trouble hooking Freckles up to the ship. The ship's power is being drained elsewhere.
Namely to a picture. Being downloaded. On Basebook. A very high quality one.
It does not make sense. Wash does not understand why this happens and it does not help his stress levels.
Donut goes down, Simmons is glad he doesn't have to go through dead Donut, no back up, and Tucker runs off. And. He manages to cross the canyon and stops the download. Wash switches between looking between Tucker and the battle, but there's definite relief when Freckles gets power. Wash can see Tucker and Lopez starting to run back and he's sounding a lot more confident now.
Aaaaand then he blacks out as something hits him.
He comes to, the battle still raging, he hears Tucker calling for him and Felix shouting about ceiling the tunnel. Wash can see new soldiers, not Federal soldiers, dropping like flies around him. His vision is swimming, he's not okay, and he glances back at the tunnel, and Tucker.
Then to Freckles.
'Freckles, shake!'
Freckles stomps on the ground hard, shaking the whole area, and sealing the tunnel. Wash sighs before he's hit in the back of the head and blacks out again.
