You are competent and strong and always doing your best for other people. Certainly, you are flawed, but the people that matter to you really matter to you. For a start. I am...not good at explaining these sorts of things usually, I am afraid.

You're the one who insists she isn't a person. You can compliment me all you like, but how does that make your life better when you've insisted it doesn't matter?

Insisting I am not a person and all the...[fights] discussion that come with that are but one aspect. If I cast aside every relationship of mine that was not perfect, I would not have any left.

Leaving aside what I said before since you would prefer not to have compliments, I know I can count on you when it matters if I need you. I would extend that same courtesy to you. I suppose that makes us allies? That is true, but I feel as though it is a little difficult to define.
